RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rockwood Furniture, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process as outlined below.

Returns

  • Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, ship it back to us in its original condition and we will refund your purchase.

  • Return Window: Our return policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Item must be in the same condition as received.

    • Item must be unassembled and in the original packaging (when applicable).

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exemptions: Customized goods are not eligible for return.

  • Restocking Fee: Some orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items being returned.

    • Properly packaged and resalable items will be refunded within 10–12 business days, less the 25% restocking charge.

    • Any product returned without preauthorization will not be processed until sufficient information is provided.Β 

    • Non-returnable items: Discontinued products or items that have been assembled.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 90 days after delivery.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at orders@rockwoodusa.com for instructions.

Refunds vs. Store Credit

  • If the return is within 90 days of the purchase date and meets policy requirements, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

  • If the return is outside the 90-day window but still meets policy conditions, we will issue a digital gift card (store credit) for the applicable amount.
